January 27, 2011 brings forth the 3rd installment of TRANSMISSION with 4 DJs celebrating a night of all things BASS. This night is always a treat with a diverse lineup of DJs every time.

2011 brings a new monthly party to Acoustic Cafe in Bridgeport...DEEP

DEEP is a night of forward thinking bass music. The first installment brings Sonkin in from Brooklyn alongside fellow BKP members: Humble Dinosaur, CubanB and Buck UK. This will surely be a night to remember.

I have to admit that Dubstep is not a genre I have explored too thoroughly. I feel that hearing too much bro-step might have quickly deterred me from the genre. I listened to this a while back under the reccomendation of my homie, Greg AKA Humble Dinosaur, and was blown away. The bay area has got things on lock! This is IBM (intelligent bass music) at some of its best in my opinion. Listen to the link below, but you MUST listen to this on a good system or headphones!
